Stress has become part of everyday routine . Infact every minute or other individual is in stress . Our body is designed in a particular way to cope up some amount of stress. Excess stress is dangerous , this gives to many illness which we are relly not aware . Hence the name silent killer. It doesnt show up like some injury which can be treated . Most of the time our behavious changes in very different way even person cannot make out. Competitive world and desire to achieve all have made every being more prone to mental illness . I would even say social media has a negative effect . Fron child to adult even old age survival is difficult without phone speciall wifi has become a new normal . That makes me to quote a line is Internet a boon or curse?
How to deal with it ? Identifying priblem is the most important thing . We need to identify the change in behaviour of ourself . Many times individual is not aware of the suituation makes it more vulnerable . Your own people will able to point it out . If you able to identify then find out the reason for stree or behavioural change you are facing . For example a bad behaviour of somebody is affecting you . So identify the cause of it . And then treating it .
Most of the people advise to stay away from such people . But personal experience is to face such people and work on yourself . This can be people suituation or any other thing.
The most important thing which i learned is to count our blessings when we feel something is missing . This has made me very strong and thankful to universe . Trust me showing gratitude works best . Its a magical therapy . Not only you but universe works along with you to heal you . Gratitude has uncountable benifits . I call this my miracle word . Every point every second you should be thankful. Even if something doesnt happen by your plan show gratitude, this will mould you in a better being
Mediatation has best calming effect . Yes i have a simple solution for this too . If you cannot take time in morning or specific time . Try to take just 2 minutes of time in between two hours . Keep everything aside . Just you and close your eyes and start mindful breathing. This has so calmimg effect that you entire physical and mental stress will disapear . This isall my personal experience .
Focus on sleep cycle – go to bed early and wake up early is key to successs. I am not able to properly follow this ,but i make sure i take a good 8 hours of sleep .This makes me calm and afresh for next day .
Eating right thing and in a right portion is most important thing.Maintaing physical health with right diet is most important . This is also 1 of the reason why our ancistors were not struggling with mental health problem
Lastly any physical routine be it in a form of walking, gymming sports activity or any another form of physical activity is most important .
My tip is atleast have few minutes to spent with young minds specially children and few minutes to old age people, it can be grand parents , parents or anybody . Children bring smile on face , their innocence makes you to think to live free from stress . Talking to them makes you realize stress is nothing just a word . Thats the reason people says Never let the child inside you die . And old age gives you wisdom to tackle the responsibilities . Their experience makes you more stronger .
